People for People is expanding its operations to meet this urgent need. In Gaza, we continue working with trusted local partners to reach families who have gone months without humanitarian support. In Sudan, we are launching new partnerships to deliver life-saving aid to communities caught in crisis.

What’s needed in Gaza?
After more than two years of conflict, most families in Gaza have been displaced multiple times. Restrictions on aid and ongoing insecurity have left parents skipping meals so their children can eat, while acute malnutrition among children continues to rise.
The trauma is profound. Many children who have lived through war, loss, and fear urgently need safe spaces and psychosocial support to begin healing.
Relief supplies shipment
Last year, People for People sent a large shipment of relief supplies to Gaza. Due to the conflict, the shipment has been stuck at the border for a long time – a challenge faced by many humanitarian organisations.
However, because of our ongoing relationships with trusted local partners, we can still act now through direct, flexible donations that go straight to families and children on the ground.

- Vegetable baskets for families, sourced locally to support surviving farmers
- Psychosocial support for children through art, sport, and play – along with light meals to ease food insecurity
What’s needed in Sudan?
Sudan is experiencing one of the world’s largest humanitarian crises. Two years of violent conflict between the SAF and RSF have displaced millions and devastated health services, infrastructure, and food systems. In Darfur, blockades and disease outbreaks are worsening an already dire emergency.
